Shipment

Normally, we will ship within 2 business days after confirming payment by credit card, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. 
However, if you are in a hurry, we may be able to ship the same day if you let us know.
(For same-day shipping, please contact us by 3:00 p.m. on the same day.)

If you select credit card on the order screen, the payment screen will appear after the order is placed. Enter your credit card information according to the payment screen and make the payment.

We use the credit card payment system of Zeus Co., Ltd. (http://www.cardservice.co.jp/) for credit card payments, so there is no need to worry about your card information leaking out.

About returns and order cancellation

◆Cancellation after ordering

It is possible to cancel an order before it is shipped, but in the case of cancellation, please contact us by phone immediately. After shipment, it will be handled in the same way as the return due to the customer's convenience below.

 

◆ Returns due to customer convenience

Unused and unopened items can be returned within one week of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee for returns. In addition, we will individually handle refunds for returned products after payment has been made.

 

◆Regarding wrong product shipments, our shipments, or defective products

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or if the product you received is defective, please contact us and send it back. We will exchange it for the correct or non-defective product. In that case, we will bear the return shipping fee.
