    Ordering on checkout page

    You will receive a
    "Thank you for your order" email.

    When you complete the order procedure, an order reception e-mail notifying you that your order has been received will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you entered.
    This e-mail clearly states:
    ・Order information
    ・Purchase information
    ・Customer information
    ・Shipping address information
    ・Shipping method/payment method.
    Please check if there are any mistakes in the content.
    If you do not receive this e-mail within 24 hours, it is possible that you entered your e-mail address incorrectly, so please place your order again or contact us at order@firstec.co.jp. .
    In addition, orders received during business hours on the day will be accepted on the day.
    Please note that orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

    You will receive an email
    confirming your order

    We will check the product inventory within 1 business day after receiving your order, and will send you a confirmation email regarding confirmation items such as order details and delivery date.
    If confirmation is required before the shipping procedure, we will wait for the customer's response before shipping, so please understand.
    ◆About stock Depending on the timing of the order, even if it is said to be "in stock", it may actually be out of stock.
    ◆If all products are in stock, we will ship within 2 business days after confirming payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
